Look of the week – Animal print vs. Denim

Freshly back from my summer vacations, I decided a new classic is born when it comes to an everyday bag. Right now, I think it is time to replace the so « seen  » HERMES Birkin bag, I sincerely can´t take it anymore, seeing girls in PARIS, NY, and the most important cities carrying the bag as if the bag is suppose to give them the identity they could never have.

Well, The CELINE bag gives you the look of a modern girl without overpowering the look. I spotted jewelry designer SARA BELTRAN (who was a HERMES addict), switching her BIRKIN for the new bag chez CELINE, and she kept the colors almost exact, she just changed the annoyingly expensive and seen BIRKIN.

In this picture, I chose the black PHYTON, me , SOPHIE LEVY, predict that this is new classic, and the new way to look chic without looking branded. This is the classy and luxurious touch that the look needs to become a city winner.

Coming back from the summer vacations also gives me the feeling of a new lenght, a new attitude and a new pair of jeans. Inspired by the fifties, the calf lenght, tight and a lighter denim , makes LA RENTRÉE much more exciting,  we feel summery , but still sporty and always profesional.This time CURRENT/ELLIOTT. I did add a touch of vintage with the LOS ANGELES HTC , which makes the  pants look more accesible, and brings down the dressy feeling that sometimes we could get when we don´t mixed appropiately.

The gladiator platform , always sexy, always taller, always woman, a modern touch that makes the retroish and fifities cut of the jeans look current and seductive. The white of it , brings the freshness that is still in the air , eventhought the summer is over, a touch of summer in the beginning of the fall is always cool and revitalizing. The brand , of course GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI.

He is the star of this look also, by having two elementsof his collection , the hat and the interesting mix of leather and animal print. The body of the jacket is in leopard, mixed with the sleeves on black leather. The hat brings once again the LAUREN HUTTON touch, look that I adore, the seventies feel, the glamour and the confidence that I always love to add on my looks. Remember, the looks are not supposed to be just a conjugation of brands, the look has to belong to yourself, and you can do adaptations, to your body, to your colouring , and the way you feel better. Being yourself is sexier than being someone else. This jackest is the FETICHE piece of the season, a new way to see ANIMAL PRINT .I love the combination that this brings, the animal print, the black sleeves of the coat and bag , and:

The blouse in a cream color , we could say « buff », always sexy, always femenine, always parisien. It is made by CHLOÉ, this looks even better with an oversize cashmere sweater, in the same hue, by LEETHA, the softness and cuteness all girls need.
